Wild Billod

In the depths of the Bleakwinter Forest, festooned in filth, detritus and scrap, lives the deranged hermit known simply as Wild Billod. How this foul-smelling old pervert came to reside in the area is not known, but he has tormented the people of Port Anlow for years, striking fear with his brand of foul deviancy before retreating back to his trap-laden woodland realm to wallow in his own degeneracy.
