Torque of Arming

This item is a heavy, intricately crafted metal band made of several different kinds of metal braided together. It is usually worn around the neck but is sometimes an armband or even a bracelet or anklet for particularly large wearers. 
While wearing the Torque of Arming, you can take an Action to have it absorb your suit of armor and any weapons or shields you are holding. These weapons and armor and now stored in the torque. As an Action you can resummon the stored arms and armor onto yourself allowing you be ready for a fight at a moments notice.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

The various metals that the torque is made of resonate with the materials of the weapons or armor the wielder is wearing allowing them to temporarily merge with the metals in the torque.

History

The Torque or Arming was first made for the Royal Family of the SteelBender Clan. These dwarves wanted it to be known that they were ready to fight anywhere, anytime.

These torques are made out of a mix of metals or other materials. Most commonly, they are made from braided Steel, Adamantine, and Mithral strands. In other regions other common materials may be used such as Brass, Bronze, or even Gold.
