Icicle Barrage

Effect

You create seven long icicles in your space. They float in the air and orbit you for the spell's duration. When you cast the spell — and as a bonus action on each of your turns thereafter — you can expend one or two of the icicles, sending them streaking toward a creature or creatures you choose within 120 feet of you. On a hit, the icicle does 2d6 damage. As long as you have three or more icicles, you are resistant to fire damage. 
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the number of icicles created increases by two for each slot level above 3rd.

Manifestation

The air within 10 ft. of you becomes cold and your breath fogs in the air.

This spell, as so many others was discovered by the great mage Sypha. It is said she discovered this spell while traveling through Jotunar.
