Effect

As your target opens its mouth, ready to breathe death on you and your allies, you sketch a powerful ward into the air. Your magic flies out, stopping the creature's breath weapon in its tracks and igniting the power inside your enemy. 
You use your reaction against a creature in range about to use its breath weapon. The target makes a Constitution save. If it fails, its breath weapon fails and instead does force damage to itself equal to its breath weapon damage.
