Berno Galbassi
Berno is a gangster through and through. He is a minor noble in Mergewater, but with more reach, power, wealth and influence than most noble families in the city. He originally gained his wealth through legitimate trading, but slowly grew more corrupt dealing and selling in more and more illicit items as they turned the quickest and easiest profit. He is mostly driven by greed and anything that will result in him getting richer will be on the top of his to-do list.
