Blackfish Harbor

Blackfish Harbor is a district in Heartsport. It spans along the coast of the Gelon Sea from Harmony Hill in the north to the Blackfish Gate in the south. Blackfish Harbor is home to the city's thriving shipping industry and boasts numerous warehouses, drydocks and three shipyards each capable of building multiple ships simultaneously.
Count Devan Redheart is Lord of the Harbor, and thus responsible for the management of the district on behalf of the High Lord Steward, Duke of Heartsport, Easton Redheart.
