The First Meeting of the Elder Council

The nations of Eridania come together to discuss the arrival of the Guardians, and a new form of government is born. The Eridanian Calendar begins.

The monarchs of Eridania, having gone through bad times in their governments, felt threatened by the arrival of the Guardians. They put their disagreements aside and held a council in the lands where Adris Eleos today is located.   The meeting lasted ten days, and all the monarchs set up camp, each bringing its royal court with it. It was the largest meeting of nobility ever recorded in Eridania's history, and something like that never happened again.   In the end, when the Guardians proved their identity, both sides came to a consensus: each monarch would maintain its ruler status in their respective kingdoms, and when the world was in danger or matters affecting the planet as a whole were to be discussed, they would meet there again as a council. And so the Elder Council of the Eridanian Nations was born, though not yet officially.
