Dullahan

(Due-la-han) A headless rider on a skeletal horse from the shadow plane. They carry their head tucked under their arm or raised aloft, but may sometimes sometimes keep the head in their saddle. They use a spine as a whip; the spine whip is imbued with Spirit energy from the previous owner, and as such it can bind beings in ethereal form.
Gold is its weakness.
