Ep 91 A Steak?

General Summary

We began with Yaikzal tearing through her house ripping things from their place and collecting her valuables in her office. She now presides over her business sitting upon a hoard of her own treasure her old chair cast to the cobblestones below. The office is now kept locked though Drae was allowed to peer within during Tyth’s third birthday. Berrian had a masterpiece of a statue added to his courtyard in which he has invested a large sum of gold and magic to protect and arm him should he die in the future. The party received coin and some magic items from mistress Sarah for their help in delving into the lost floating city of Echo. There were some murder adventures for Yaikzal and Lorelei, Yaikzal and Drae, and mostly just Yaikzal fulfilling her demonic pact with the nightmare. Lorelei for her part spent close to a year perfecting the permanency spell at one point attempting to rush and finding a dark connection established between herself and a plane of death that oozes forth when she casts magic. She spent 11 days praying managing to gain Tulnir’s help in ridding herself of this connection. Yes this was rolled with divine intervention. Back at Drae’s backery some of the proudfoots busted in letting Drae know that they have found Hithond Lethir the storyteller responsible for spreading the infamous butcher of Alochrin. Following to where his people were camped out he entered an abandoned woodshed where the old tabaxi waited. As his hold person fell away so too did the illusion on the robed wizard that harried them in Echo. In came a half-remembered face of a caretaker of the whorehouse below the thieves guild. Who commanded Drae to fall asleep at his command.
