Ep 68 Trust Issues

General Summary

We began with Yaikzal making an escape from the room prepared for her to give birth by the nuns that have been watching over her. Starting confident that they where overreacting she found herself in her garden alone just as her water broke. There was a rush to bring down as much of their equipment as possible and their sedative was lost. Yaikzal did things the hard way giving birth to Tyth a lava ogre baby boy. The elf with the shifting name visited once again and insisted on a party for Yaikzal that ended up revolving around everyone but her dancing and the elf going as Vaern attempting to befriend more of the party, succeeding somewhat with Yaikzal. Though he gave up that he is from the layer of Ordeal of the Feywild in the process. Lazuli spent her evening glaring at Mistress Sarah being close and motherly with Yaikzal. Big Red had an important chat about parenting with Yaikzal after being chewed out by her bar manager Maglynn. Drae had a rumor slipped to him about the tabaxi spreading the butcher of Alochrin apparently going to meet him in Kar. Drae was also approached by an old acquaintance gnome offering him an advisor to help temper his anger that she worries affects his acceptability of being a leader in the cities underground. She also hired him to deliver a threat to Bran who apparently works for this gnome and has grown to big for his britches. During the following few days Berrian decided to check in on his brother who has been avoiding the tower after some trouble with Wednesday, while doing so he notice Drae was also being followed. Kidnapping the homeless stalker and dominating him revealed that he had been hired by a rich well-dressed woman and was reporting daily at a bar to her well adorned guard. Drae’s decision to eliminate this threat led to a heart to heart about respect and trust between the brothers before the stalker was set free with the arrival of Jasmine Drae’s new advisor. We ended with her asking to be caught up to speed to help him get on top of the city.
