Ep 67 Grueling Travel

General Summary

Continuing their journey to the mountains the party has been forced back into the old problem of foot travel they have long left behind. Despite training along the way Berry suffered a crushing defeat in a sparing match and the party saw the Mantis cut for a second time and killed the Slaad it pulled forth. Deep in the mountains they bumped into the former little sect master of the Thunder Blade Sect Detachment waiting patiently for a reluctant teacher to accept him. Finally, they arrived at a hidden mountain valley carved out for a small clan that has long since vanished leaving only an aging grandfather who proved unwilling to be reasoned with. We return to the party heading out to help The Mantis clear out the Slaad called forth by her excavation of an area to try and teach Berry an impressive looking but useless art to impress his grandfathers’ clouded eyes.
