Ep 62 Oozes and Endings

General Summary

We began with Drae charging off to confront the wizard spinning the tale of the butcher of Alochrin. He found an owl eerily similar to Rosco watching over the place and an older Tabaxi performing in the bar. Illusioned as an old lady he approached and was given the run around when Berrian teleported away from the bathroom. Big Red continues to be suspicious frequently hiding things from Yaikzal. They also called on Z who repaired Kea’Na’s sword in exchange for a favor from the party. The party headed to Dyron’s tower delving into the sanctum once again. They managed to discover the trick of the polishing room and its massive Gelatinous Cube. They vanquished the Ochre Dragons and looted Dyron’s Laboratory. The party returned to Alochrin and spent the rest of the afternoon relaxing. Berrian rescuing Darling from prison and paying her fine for smuggling. Lorelei looking into Yaikzal’s health. The party was asked to come meet Barrick. The painted lady soon informed them that bringing up non guild members like Lorelei is still firmly against guild rules. Faced with her memories being tampered with or the implicit threat of execution Lorelei eventually relented, and the party left her clueless in the forest while going to speak with Barrick. Due to their new status and fame, he asked them to withdraw from the Jacks and return the items they had borrowed from the Knot. He wished them well and we ended with them hurrying away after he read the note from the painted lady about their previous actions.
