Ep 60 Indecision

Yaikzal did a little hiring at her bar getting herself a capable new bar manager and staff in Maglynn. Berrian went on a successful date with princess Sharise, exploring the storm eyrie with Aum watching over them. Lorelei took Ari to meet Jessica expecting Ari to get a chewing out, instead Jess turned on Lorelei chastising her for rushing back into Ari’s arms. With their friendship uncertain she headed to the small gathering at Yaikzal’s bar were Oak the Grappler returned to invite them to the adventuring guild and fight with Drae. Before he could fulfill on the second part Yaikzal cleared out the bar frustrated at the source-less music of the butcher of Alochrin. After a teleportation mishap the party finally made their way into the mountains where they had found the rogue wizards tower. Sneaking in through the top they found themselves battling animated armor and generally making a raquet that drew down the very wizard they were after. The intellect devourer controlling the Magus offered the party payment to help it control a demon and attempt to bargain for its life with the Arcanum Council. After much discussion and with it seemingly able to predict Lorelei’s spells before she casts them they heard a sound above discovering that the creature before them was an illusion. We return with Dyron escaping above, Lorelei on the steps at his illusion with the rest of the party in the room below.
