Ep 47 Fatal Festivities

We began with the party reuniting with the re awakened Kea’Na and Sasha. Their memories missing from their recent ordeals. The party was informed by missive that the Warren was being evacuated on pain of death which led to a flurry of meddling in which a young child was rescued by Yaikzal. She took a shine to her and her mother and has set them up at the black mug, promising to train and hire the mother. The same evening Bran returned with her tower used her casting parapet to demolish the outsider chess board in the Warren. With the Board Master’s withdrawal Thesa’Kar drew the brothers and Yaikzal up for a discussion with the king as he revealed that the two cities would now be linked by portal. While above the city the elf who came to Master Hall's Aid offered the party a possibly faster solution to their game with the outsiders, warning them that it was no sure bet. The next few days led up to the festival in celebration of the Warrens return and the “Angel’s triumph” in chasing off the deep one. The festival and especially Berrian’s star performance as the angel in the Black Hat Troupe’s play was a great success. Yaikzal broke a few toes and managed to meet up with Big Red again, Drae and Wednesday shared some moments, a new statue in honor of the fallen angel was unveiled, and the king was nearly assassinated. Being saved by the intervention of his wife, a fell stone of power, and the parties quick response. Berrian with Tulnir’s help managed to create a false king using one of the anointed Heliod to deliver a response to Thesa’Kar who had come to spoil the celebration. Yaikzal ended up protecting Mistress Sarah in the palace. Evan’Drael and Wednesday stayed up to watch the tower and Berrian found his window shattered by Hagren who now holds an armored assassin to the wall by his throat and said “This at least proves you aren’t working with them, and if anyone is going to kill them in their sleep it’s me”.
