- The cost to unlock this skill is One Proficiency Point.
- There is no Attribute Modifier.
At temperatures from negative ten degrees and below, the character may make a proficiency check each turn. For every turn they succeed their proficiency check, this skill still persists. On the second turn and every turn after that, the character will receive a -3 penalty to their roll. Once a proficiency check fails, from then on they do not gain the benefits of this proficiency until the temperature changes to 0 degrees or higher.
