Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Despite being in his early sixties, Vigilo only appears to be in his mid to late forties. All born from the Angelius bloodline age very well, generally appearing only three quarters of their actual age. While most his age are beginning to slow down, Vigilo is still in his prime.
Vigilo Angelius is a tall man with tan skin. His hair is black, swept to the left side and beginning to grey. His eyes are dark blue, with a thin layer of purple on the outer rim of the iris, a trait carried by all members of the Angelius Bloodline.
Special abilities
At will, Vigilo Angelius can make two ethereal eagle wings materialize from his shoulders.
The Angelius Bloodline is inherently magical, granting everyone who descended from Septimus Angelius some degree of arcane power. Vigilo Angelius is is the most powerful Angelius to have existed in centuries, capable of doing amazing things, such as instant long range teleportation, altering gravity and even dominating the minds of other mortals.

Vigilo dedicated much of his childhood to learning how to run the empire that would become his, and studying the celestial power within his blood. He is incredibly well-read and an adept tactician. He is well versed in both history and the sciences, and is aware of all the cultures within Eregost.
Employment
During his father's reign, Vigilo joined the Order of The Watchers, giving him experience fighting extraplanar entities. Though after the death of his father, Vigilo saw the opportunity to change the continent in the way he feels will bring about a new age.

Vigilo is far-thinking and anxiously tactical, wondering and worryong about the future. As far as he is concerned, today's inconvenience could be tomorrow's crisis. He tends to deal with issues before they become a serious problem, and often sends an unnecessarily large force to deal with problems, just in case the worst should happen.
Vigilo is logical and rarely lets the pressure or stress of a situation get to him, focusing on the task at hand instead. He is iron-willed and possesses a resolve that rivals that of the Olympians.
Morality & Philosophy
Vigilo believes that practicality is the only path a civilization can follow that doesn't eventually lead to destruction. This belief has led him to mold the empire he inherited into a lawful, dominating nation that enforces order upon all its citizens. In an ever-shifting world, Vigilo believes that only through tight control will the Venatorian Empire and all its citizens be able to survive.
Due to his love of order, Vigilo despises the Clans of the Ceilic region, seeing them as nothing but heretical savages that oppose the order of the perfect world he wants to forge. His actions are not motivated by anger, but instead out of the belief that the Clans of the Ceilic Region pose a risk to the stability of his empire.

Although he considers this a secondary goal, Vigilo wishes to advance relations with the Authenian Republic, as he believes that improved trade routes and a cultural bleed with the Authenian Republic will help both nations to become the best versions of themselves.
