Tyss
Kingdom of Tyss
Situated between 2 rivers and against the Shield Mountains, the Kingdom of Tyss is a relatively sleepy kingdom. It has little danger from arcanofauna (magical beasts) and its neighbors tend to leave it alone as it really causes no trouble. It does help that Tyss is the only known human kingdom still in regular contact with the Shield Mountain dwarves. Tyss trades with the mountain dwarves via the hill dwarves: Tyss receives dwarf-mined gold in exchange for grain (which is difficult to grow in the mountains). The mountain dwarves do not, as a rule, interact with outsiders but continue to trade with Tyss out of necessity and honor for an ancient agreement.
