Naelos (a.k.a. The Change Bringer, Maiden of Time, Second Twin)

Naelos set time in motion upon entering existence. While the Planes sat static, idle, and unchanging, Naelos pushed time through them all. She was not satisfied with just one picture. There needed to be movement. The universe would progress forward forever. Following suit with the other Divines, Naelos took a particular interest in the Material Plane. The mortal souls that lived there only experienced an infinitesimally small sliver of time, yet they managed to stir up so much trouble. It seemed to Naelos that it must be inherent in their nature to war with each other. It riled up the established order and always produced something new in the end. Out of the other Divines, Naelos is the most... affectionate when it comes to her attentions. Catch her eye and it will not be easily cast away, she has all the time in the world.

Writing aims to make ethereal things such as thoughts and ideas permanent. Worshipers of Naelos, specifically the clergy have no sacred texts. Instead, they recite tales and messages from Naelos's chosen that have been passed down to them. Taking note of these oral stories is strictly forbidden when in the presence of a priest of the Change-Bringer.

All things are fleeting. The only permanent aspect of the universe is that time flows ever-onward. And time is always changing, moving forward, the present but an instantaneous moment that comes and goes before it is ever appreciated.
