Bumbakvetch

A Bumbakvetch, known as a "fiend" in lay parlance, is an extremely dangerous creature, a hulking mountain of muscle larger than a bear with the antlers of an elk and a single, hypnotic eye. Incredibly violent, they are driven to an insatiable frenzy by the scent of blood, and while in this berserk state are capable of destroying entire villages. Because of their hostility, they have all but been driven to extinction, and only in the most remote regions are Bumbakvetches still spotted, even then by only the most wide-ranging hunters.
