Prince / Princess

Prince / Princess is a noble rank in the New Empire with two different meanings.
Princes and princesses are either the ruling princes and princesses of the High Elf principalities such as Hatzinn or Dimrillien or the children of Kings who have no other rank. This latter use of the term is mostly a courtesy title.
