Otavio den Brec

High elf noble. Otavio is the senior member of the ancient Brec family. The Brecs were one of the most powerful noble houses in the Old Empire. They were kings of Savinn for millennia. Most members of the family were lost in The Ruination. Otavio is from what had been a minor cadet branch of the family.
Otavio has a claim on the crown of Savinn, but like most of the old High Elf kingdoms, that claim is theoretical rather than practical. Savinn is now solidly a human kingdom ruled by a human dynasty.
Otavio now roams from town to town, from realm to realm.
