Miltrovin

Great and ancient city sitting astride the delta of the Great River. Miltrovin is the capital city of the Archduchy of the River. The city is one of the most ancient of elven settlements, being established before even the coming of the New Gods. It takes its name from Miltrovari, the Goddess of the Great River.
The entire city is one of the The Thirteen Great Wonders of the Empire.
Where it meets the Caltsee, the Great River divides into a delta. The city sits on many ornate bridges spanning the various streams of the delta.
