Mermen / Mermaids

Sometimes known as Merfolk. Mermen (and their females, mermaids) are an aquatic race of humanoids, part elf, part fish.
Their origins are unclear, but certain old elven myths speak of the god Potu taking some of the first Elves and somehow breeding them with fish.
