Kingdom of Pak Dhuul

The realm immediately to the west of the Atlan Mountains. Despite its proximity to The Empire suprisingly little is known of Pak Dhuul. Only the Mountain Dwarves have common interactions with them. The Kingdom does not allow trade with The Empire and so merchant ships do not travel there.
