Cen Alsa

Ancient High Elven citadel sitting on a high promontory jutting out into the Celestial Sea. It is the southernmost point of Ettrea.
Cen Alsa dates back to the Old Empire. It played an important role in the War of the Elves and the Giants. Even though besieged by the southern Giants, the citadel never fell.
In the New Empire, Cel Alsa is the seat of the Princes of Hatzinn. It is famous for its garden, named by Olin Longfoot as one of the Thirteen Great Wonders of the Empire.
