Valen

Known as Midlanders, these folk are the most plentiful amongst the human groups on Kalandar. A valen is often the image that comes to mind when others think of humans. Their skin tones range from pale to tan and olive skinned. Ther hair is often more earthen in tone with auburn, brunette, dark brown, and brown/black being the most common with eyes that range from browns, greens and hazel. Valen stands about 5.5 feet on average and has a lean to middleweight build that is well suited for a myriad of activities. Either do to their commonality or thier rather average stature, many believe Valen don't possess any extraordinary qualities, however they are often more personable and skilled than their other kin
