Mother of Strays

The Mother of Strays is another recent addition to the pantheon. She hasn't built up much of a following, but that is hard to say for sure, as no one knows the exact size of her cult. She champions caring for those on the fringes of society and those abandoned. She is a very compassionate deity, and her faith is one of the most welcoming groups of people. Her priest administers to the poor and homeless and offers sanctuary for the pursued. She frequently appears as a large domestic cat standing nearly ten feet at the front shoulder. Her eyes are like polished, flawless rubies, and she walks quickly and absolutely silently. She is a patron of rogues, bards, beggars, and cat-folk.

The Mother's holy symbol is a ruby cat eye. Her favoured weapon is the short sword and her favorite animal is the cat.

• Keep to the shadows, avoiding the blazing light of zealous good and the utter darkness of evil.
•  Be unteathered. Walk in shadow quietly and quickly.
