Utecl
The Utecl people dwell mostly in their multi-tiered capital, Uteclon, an abundantly rich city. It is said that the streets are paved with gold. Once, long ago, their civilization was spread all across the island of Nohola. Ruins can still be found covered by the jungle, leading to more clues about the fall of their ancient empire. From what can be gathered, their ancestors were the only thing stopping the Hebite conquerers from spreading West. Many battles were fought on land and seas. The ancient Uteclan ancestors worshipped and were led by a blood God whose name has been lost to history. The more sacrifices, the more bloodshed in battle, the stronger their God became. It was at the height of the God's power that it was killed. The Hebite God used some sort of trick to sneak its venom onto a splinter in the Blood God's throne. The Hebite will never admit to such a cowardly attack, but a lot of evidence found amongst the ruins point to this being the true series of events. Sacrifices have been made to the blood God since this discovery in order to try and resurrect him, all in vain. Though their God is no longer with them, the Uteclan people are proud and they know their civilization has come so far and will rise to greater heights still.
