Mekanan

Elven Drow once stumbled upon a rift into the Plane of Order. Upon entering, they found the Plane full of Modrons willing to teach and perfect the Drow's Elven creations. Centuries spent there changed the look of the Drow into the Vedalken we know today. Still tall and slender, the signature pointy ears of the Elven Race were nowhere to be seen. Instead, the ear had been internalized, their noses became broad and flat, and their skin was altered to breathe air and water, much like amphibians. Their time in the Plane of Order proved extremely beneficial, but their presence gave power to the Plane of Chaos and its inhabitants, the Slaad. After many attacks upon the city of order, Mechanus, the Elves decided to leave and return to the Material Plane of Eraterna. Upon returning, the sojourners felt little connection to their former Elven cousins. They decided to change their names to the Mekanan and traveled South across the ocean. They discovered the island of Nohola and founded the town of Kenten where they can continue to strive to achieve their impossible goal of perfection.
