Tool Proficiencies: You have proficiency in one Artisan Tool or Kit of your choice based on your creation. (For example, Alchemist's Supplies if you resulted from a failed potion.)
Languages: You adopt the language of the creatures nearest to where you were discarded or cast out.
Equipment: A small knife, a map of the area you woke up in, an trinket from your creator(s) (possibly one to lead back to the creator), a set of Common Clothes, a Gem worth 15gp, and a pouch with 10 GP
