The Laughing Otter Tavern

A popular spot for the roudier crowds of the Harbor Ward, the "Otter" is locally famous for it's popular boxing nights. Every weekend bare-knuckles boxing is hosted in the basement of the tavern, regular matches usually being followed up with an open ring, where anyone can challenge the nights fighters, a friend or a stranger, for a small fee.
