General Ternia Highwind
A female elf with tan skin, shortcroped dark hair and a recognizable scar above her left eyebrow, Highwind is the Commanding officer of the Royal Army presence in Candence, much of which is based in Fort Boyard.
She is commonly seen as a fearless leader, not uncomfortable with new ideas and unconventional tactics and has garnered much respect within the rank and file of the Royal Army.
General Highwind is often credited with the creation of the Royal Army's Airwing branch, and the new airship based doctrines that came with it.
