Fort Boyard
A venerable castle that has defended Candance for centuries, the fortification has grown over the ages eventually becoming the sprawling Fortress that it is today. With training fields, barracks, walls and towers, armories and forges, airfields, stables and a protected harbor, Fort Boyard is a shining example in military logistics.
While officially under the Grand Army, Wrendengal Divisions command, its headquarters even, the Fortress plays double duties as a Royal Navy base, and most of the fortifications on the waterfront as well as the harbor are run by the Navy. At times this has created tensions, but skillful commanders have made the best of the situation, turning tensions into friendly rivalries.
For Boyard is (in 1789) under the careful command of Lord-General Engulf Jungen.
