Kelandrae Queen of Winter
Kelandrae's power as a mortal flowed from the Winter's Rose, in her quest to rid Winter of the Blight, she was gifted with power from the Goddess of Creation Ilmaren and asked to ascend to the missing seat upon the Winters Court. No mortal having gained ascension since the Age of Wonder, Kelandrae assumed the mantle of the Winter's Rose. Finding the hidden winter gardens of D'Ardaigh to her liking she spends her time collecting the worlds knowledge there and guiding winters will upon the mortal realm. Soft spoken but fierce, she guards her knowledge as close as her predecessor and exacts a price from mortals wishing to learn of the past, present, and future. She appears as a beautiful elven woman with snow white hair and skin.
Divine Domains
D'Ardaigh is a well manicured garden, filled with winter roses and tall snow covered hedges. D'Ardaigh is a twisting maze of thorns and hedges in which many mortals have been lost within for eternity. At its center a great oak houses a single great owl spirit who looks over a frozen pool. Kelandrae resides within, granting visitors who braved her maze a glimpse of their fate in exchange for a secret to add to her collection.
Holy Books & Codes
Deific Obedience - Paint owls wings spread from each eye then study a new tome, book, or source of knowledge. Commit this information to memory that thru you this knowledge is added to the library at D'Ardaigh. Gain +2 status bonus to all recall knowledge checks.
Imparted Power: Gain the Domain Initiate Feat, this does not count as a prerequisite for other feats unless you are a Cleric
Know Thine Enemy: When you succeed a recall knowledge to identify a creature, gain a +1 circumstance bonus to your attack rolls against that creature and any that are the same. If it is a critical success increase the bonus to +3.
Advanced Imparted Power: Gain the Advanced Initiate Feat, this does not count as a prerequisite for other feats unless you are a Cleric
Baleful Revelation: You curse your foes by revealing the calamity of their future, gain Heinous Future as an innate divine spell.
Divine Symbols & Sigils
Holy Symbol of an Owl Perched upon several Tomes, most her druids and shamans do not carry such overt symbols but will have owl motifs in their attire, equipment and the like. Inquisitors of her order prefer a broch or badge of the sigil that they keep hidden whenever possible.
Tenets of Faith
The Edicts of Kelandrae are to keep a quiet, peaceful life, learning about the world and sharing that knowledge with those deserving of it.
Getting involved in affairs of others without a deep personal connection is an Anathema to Kelandrae.
Holidays
The Winter Rose held no holiday among the former Winter Court, Kelandrae assuming this mantle as of yet has not inspired her followers to change this course.

To continue the accumulation of knowledge and information to be a great Augur of winter and the deals that come with such exchange of information.
