Clan Radiance
Clan Radiance claims kinship with Brahmarius himself, being a very spiritual and religious clan compared to others. They are also the largest Gold Dragon Clan, seeing themselves as the servants of Brahmarius on Eraneth. Clan Radiance also holds close connection with the Holy Empire of Celdora, their emperors often seeking the Lord of Radiance to bless their ascensions. The clan safeguards a great lake where it is said Brahmarius touched Eraneth for the last time, its waters have a connection to sacred Azanar.
Structure
The Dragon Lords of Radiance claim divine connection to Azanar and Brahmarius being both High Priest and Clan Lord. The most prominent of vassals serve in various religious and sacred orders modeled after aspects of the Azanarian pantheon. While the ecclesiastical class rules, there is a large bureaucracy of officials and clerks who ensure all daily mundane needs of the Clan is met.
Culture
Radiance is heavily influenced by its devotion to Azanar and its pantheon. Even to the vassal members they see themselves as the chosen of Azanar, destined to champion its will on Eraneth, and to bring its radiant order to the chaos of the world. This pushes members of Clan Radiance to great heights of personal achievement to be worthy of this mantle.
Public Agenda
The quieting of the gods and slumber of the dragons has taken a high toll on Clan Radiance. With their celestial guides asleep and the heavens no longer speaking to them, they have been adrift. Turning very insular and isolationist they have allowed little if any travel into their domains. The remaining clergy have turned all their effort to solving the silence and finding the power of Azanar once more.
Assets
With Rich farmlands and mountains with many ores and gems, Radiance has many tangible assets, however the greatest is one that perhaps can not be seen. A powerful lay line eminates from the Great Lake giving additional power to the divine warriors of Radiance.
History
Clan Radiance has always been the first to answer the horns of war when the Chromatic Clans blow upon it. They have no love for the Chromatic Kin and feel that Eraneth will only know peace once all of the followers of Tarsus have been destroyed. They have had frequent conflict with their neighbors of Clan Cerulean Sky. They have been part of the Council Ary but have had no love for it, and generally find the desire for harmony between all Dragons prolonging the suffering of the world.
Demography and Population
Clan Radiance found Elves(30%) and Dwarves(30%) to be of worthy spirit to become their first vassals. As the Holy Empire took shape, the most valiant and devout of humans(25%) were also admitted into the domains of Radiance. Radiance does not embrace halfdragons as warmly as some other clans, finding most of them to be destractions(15%).
Agriculture & Industry
Clan Radiance has a strong agricultural region, they harvest the sea from their shining ports and have well established trade beyond the shores of Ioban. Their Mountain domains also yield fine ores and games worked by some of the greatest Dwarven and Elven smiths in Eraneth.
Infrastructure
Clan Radiance has established roads and water ways to move about their domain with ease. They have connected these to neighboring Metallic Clans of Sunburst and Proud Sun.

- Devotion of the Faithful: Devout members of Clan Radiance may perform a deific obedience and gain the daily benefit only, without the required feat
- Aura of Divinity: Proximity to the powerful lay line has permeated many of Clan Radiance. These members gain a 5+HD SR to evil and chaotic magical sources, as well as a +1 CL to Spells with the Good or Lawful descriptor(+1 CL to Azanarian Spheres)
