The Crimson Court
A court of vampires, they rule the largest of the isles, Baltrum. Ideally, they enforce the laws and protects the villagers in the land under the court's control from monster attacks. Generally, only criminals will be taken by force to be fed on, though one is chosen every month to feed the Red Queen. Most view this as an honour and their family gets compensated for the loss of the member.
