Creation of the World
Summary
After spending an unknown time in the primordial chaos that was the universe, the Earth Mother felt that something needed to be given shape. She started to form, out of herself, a place where chaos didn't reign. When she was done, she had formed an uneven sphere. At this point, she was exhausted. Her brother, Irving noticed that, while beautiful, the place was lifeless. He decided to infuse some of himself in the world, flooding large parts of it.
While at first when Arianrhod saw this, she flew into a terrifying rage that shook the world. But then she saw what her brother had truly done. He had helped her, bringing variation to the world. With his direct help, Arianrhod set about to create the plants of the world to give it more beauty. It is said that even now you can find groves where her hands still work to create beauty in the world.
