Structure
The Imperial Dwarven Elite Honor Guard are split into groups of 6 called "Honor troop". There are a total of 10 honor troops. They are lead by an "Honor Captain" which reports to the "Elite Honor Captain Supreme" which is in charge of the 1st Honor troop. The Storm Emperor appoints the "Elite Honor Captain Supreme" and he serves for life or until replaced by explicit order directly from the emperor.
Training
To join The Imperial Dwarven Elite Honor Guard, the hand picked guards from the Northern Dwarven Confederation will go through 3 years of intense, rigorous and merciless training. They and their family are extensively interviewed and about 10% of candidates are disqualified during this process. During the first 6 months of training, 75% of candidates drop out. For the next 2 years and 6 months, another 10% of candidates leave training or die from exhaustion. The remaining 5% that succeed are considered the best warriors in the world by most people.
The Imperial Dwarven Elite Honor Guard train every day a minimum of 2 hours in anything from combat to survival skills and interrogation. To join the order, you must be hand picked
