After waking up and eating, the party readies to leave for their business, but on the way out, Dhusia almost trips over someone.

Dhusia and Momo go to a cafe together while Reginald, Greg and Orion tend to other business.

Greg buys some paint inorder to pain the symbol he found on his forehead, but is met with a small setback when Orion paints a penis instead. Greg is ridiculed for a while, washes it off and then "convinces" Orion to actually paint the symbol.

While all of this is happening, Greg is handing out casts of the spell "friends" as if it wasn't an enchantment spell that carries the death penalty in several nations and a jail sentence in most others. The only direct consequence he sees this time is being assaulted without intervention.

During the remaining 2 days before leaving town, Dhusia plays music, Orion hands out booze there, Greg looks for anyone with knowledge about the symbol, Reginald looks converses with squirrels and Momo explores the town.

Before leaving the city, Dhusia goes to pick up her rapier from the wizard. While there Greg asks him what the symbol means, too which the wizard responds "yes" and teleports out of there.

Simultaneously to this, Orion picks up his grapple attachment to his prosthesis.

On their way to leave the city, Greg casts the spell "friends" on his mother to get borrow some horses easily. They then proceed to effectively sprint out of the house and grab the horses.

After traveling with the horses for a far stretch, the party sets up camp, sets guards and goes to sleep for the night.

After the night ends, the party discovers that a pair of birds have made their way into Reginald's backpack and are eating some of his food. Greg firebolts one while the other escapes to the skies.

As the party arrives on the farmstead, they find it suspiciously empty. At the start of their investigation, they find the letter they sent simply left on the floor inside the door.

After investigating the very empty looking farmhouse, the party opens the barn doors and are met with unknown creatures
