Finale

A small city that roams the lands of Polia upon the backs of enlarged Bulettes. The city was originally formed as a business venture when a Wizard by the name of Owen Faldour the wise brought together a roving band of bards and a group of travelling merchants in order to increase all profits. The Wizard Owen Faldour the wise was able to make this and future growth of the city possible by using a form of permanent enlargement magic on Bulettes that he has bred himself and made docile. The buildings that make up Finale now are built upon the backs of such creatures.
