The Grey Bears prioritize efficiency when it comes to doing their work, whatever gets the job done easier, the better of an idea it is. There is one exception, at no point should a civilian not involved with the mission be harmed or put in a position of harm.
History
The Grey Bear Tribe was founded in the kingdom of Yln in 987 Golden Age by a few mercenaries for hire had decided to unite into one group.
The Grey Bears continued their operations for many years, undisturbed and generally welcome in the lands they operated.
In 1528 Platinum Age, a section of the group, lead by the tribes leader Nondor was out on a mission in Eaglecrest Meadows, when they spotted a mysterious golem. Nondor had went to inspect it, when suddenly it awoke, knocking Nondor away and killing a fair few of his men, yet leaving him alive.
