Norgyanthia
Norgyanthia's origins are not well known. Once a prosperous Kingdom ruled by the Halfling Gaphala dynasty (the first halfling king on Eotha), Norgyanthia slowly began to turn rotten from the inside out around 521YD. In that year the last Queen of the Gaphala dynasty fell ill and a mysterious figure came to aid her. She made a miraculous recovery but from that time on began to dismantle her legacy. She handed power over to the Council of Shadows, servants of an unknown being, who have ruled Norgyanthia in their name since, slowly turning it into a kingdom acclimatized for the undead.
