As you approach the manor house you see a very
majestic building. It has shrugged off the years and only
the aggressive invasion of shrubs and trees demonstrate
that humans have not been here in decades.
This is an all stone Manor house standing 40 feet tall with a slate tiled roof. The grounds of the manor house are covered in some very pretty purple
flowers.

Dining Hall
The whole of the area is filled with tables and chairs. most of the chairs and tables are turned over or piled up both broken and in good shape.
Kitchen
Single table set up for food preparation with
another set up for eating.
Library
The library appears to be both a bedroom and
office. There are several letters and scrolls with notes. There
will be some books written in an obscure language.
A thorough search of the library (1-2 hours) will reveal
not only the secret door to the Pantry but the writing
material. There is a letter he is writing
to his Archbishop detailing their progress and next
steps. In addition there is an ornate Shugaloth pray
book. In the rubble of the shelving around the room
are hundreds of decaying books but also several books
that have withstood the test of time including several
parchments hidden behind the books as well as one
section that is extremely well hidden behind a false set
of books (-20 PSF). The books and parchments on the
shelves are written in Urtish and range from a book on
Heraldry (from 50 years ago) and cultivation of plants
with pictures of herbs (yes it details the use of Fever
Flower), the rolled up parchments are a mix of Prayers
to Urto (Heal Grevious Wounds) and what appears to be
a Command spell for Hold Large Animal), one book is
very old and written in old Urtish detailing the division
of the Urtish empire into the current kingdoms (this is a
very old and fragile book).
Buttery and Pantry
There is a small swinging
hammock in one corner of the buttery close to
the door to the pantry, the smell is not as bad
here, it's overcome by the sacks of mildewed
grains.
Much of the pantry and buttery is dusty and filled with collapsed
shelves filled with rotten sacks of grain or cloth and
cutlery (mostly made from Ceirw Mawr horns). There
is a trap door to the cellar and should the characters go
down there they will encounter, nothing.
Solar
At the top of the stairs there is a room that is in fair shape and has scattered remnants of upholstered furniture, chaise lounge and various chairs as well as something that may have been a crib.
3rd floor rooms
there are two rooms at the other end of the building form the lords chambers these have the remains of beds and chests. not much really is here to look through other than rotted wood and decayed cloth.
Lords Chambers
A lords bed and desk are prominent in the room and if fair if not aged condition. what ever cloth was on the bed is in tatters and quite mildewed
Outbuildings
There are outbuildings that were used as storage
and stables for the warriors who lived here
years ago. The Knights are using the old guard
room.
