Druids of Gar

In Urtind the people tend to be Polytheists. There is a pantheon of gods however the focus is on the matriarch of that group of gods. Druids are considered to be followers of one of the pantheon of gods under the Urto faith.

In the Eorldom of Gar Corc Donohoei is the highest ranking member of the Hyandic faith in the Eorldom (ML 10) and an Arch Druid who is in his late middle age at 52. He nominally owes fealty to Eorl Llion Barsim however his true loyalty is to Hyandis first and foremost. Corc is teaching Brine Cugra (ML 8), of the Teague clan, who he feels is very close to becoming an Arch Druid in both capability and in faith. There are numerous other Druids (ML 6 to 8) of various faiths in the Eorldom, many are in the Marches and the areas near the Jars forest. They guard and hold services in the numerous sacred Oak Groves spread throughout the Eorldom. The druids of the Marches tend to be more Physicians for the hillforts and Guardians against the Darken empire whereas the Druids near the Jars forest are focused on fighting the corruption they see emerging from the dark interior of the Jars forest. Not large in numbers, this group is well connected and active. They are also in constant contact with Druids outside the region.
