Description: Nothing is known of the author Melba Alveye behind the name. The title implies some connection with the Tylwyth. The book was apparently written and then forgotten for over a hundred years before it was discovered in the library of the University of Daranmax. The book is mentioned in several treatises and was then sought and copies made and thereby gained popularity. This is more a collection of annotated images than a treatise. There are terse explanations or at times titles for the images. Only the most experienced martial arms expert would benefit from this work since the reader needs to understand the context and meanings behind the images to gain any benefit. Many place this work in disrepute while others extol its excellent insights into the combined use of buckler and sword. The translation to High Draconic is actually simple margin notes below the original text. Most of the other copies have marginal notes of unknown origin.

Skills: Slashing Weapons skills improvement but ONLY if the current PSF is >45% with a quality of 150% and with all CR roll improvements doubled, if PSF is <45% then reading the book provides a simple experience gain based on CR of 1 to 4 providing +25 experience while a CR of 5 to 8 provides +75 and 9-10 would provide +125 experience.
