Naming Traditions

Feravir usually take on the naming traditions of the cultures they inhabit. The names of the first Feravir are especially common and versions of those names are common as well.

History

The youngest of the races, the Feravir first entered the world of Eorðe during the beginning of the Age of Heroes. It is said that as the god of beasts lay dying her tears created the first Feravir. These were humanoid beasts of cunning intellect. Eight there were. There was the great Lion Nimeus, the Eagle Ra, The Elephant Ashkova, the Crow Poe, The Bear Beor, the frog Ka'mehalua, the otter Otr, and the Shark Triton.

Interspecies Relations and Assumptions

The Feravir do not usually remain isolated in their own culture but rather have integrated themselves into human societies. While in the beginning there was much distrust and conflict between the two races these tensions have lessened greatly.
