Lolth's final strike. The end of The Dawn War and the turning point of the age.

Though not yet The Spider Queen, Lolth was cunning even in the Age of Order. The Sundering cut the spheres from one another in their new rotations and split the young Eladrin into the many forms of Elves. The Drow chose to follow Lolth as their creator.   Most importantly—though less emphasized by traditionalist Nonites, who prefer to characterize Lolth's actions as evil—the goddess's splitting of her father's power embedded magic into the multiverse. This made it possible for mortals to use magic through careful study, even when it was not granted to them by a god.
