Basic Information

Anatomy

Salamanders are remarkable similar to lizardfolk on the outside. Their scales are typically only variations of blue, however they can rarely also be either black or white
The similarities are only on the outside however as Salamanders have many internal differences that make them unique. They have 2 sets of smaller lungs rather than the typical 1 set that most races have. They have a mercury based blood instead of a iron based system, this makes their blood highly toxic to most other races and gives it a black slimy appearance

Ecology and Habitats

Their homeworld is apparently a world of nothing but heat, and as such they are nearly heat resistant and are completely fine with even being in open flames, though because of this, they are extremely uncomfortable in the cold
