Causes

The corrupting nature of The Miasma settles into any organic being that comes into direct contact with it, turing them into a monster, this process can take mere minutes, or days

Symptoms

They begin to change physically at first, a painful process that usually leaves the afflicted in agony, before there mind is then taken, but this only comes after the physical changes, and for this reason, most afflicted will asked to be killed before it can even happen. When this process is allowed to complete however, it results in a new Fog Beast

Treatment

There is no known treatment, only avoiding The Miasma is the only surefire way to stay safe.

Prevention

The best prevention is the use of a Fog Mask

Cultural Reception

Most People are horrified by those have been Fog Touched and do their best to eliminate them, both out of pity and to save themselves
