Medusa
Medusa was an entity that was created nearly 3000 years ago.
Born as a human, she was harmed by humans and chose the monster side of the world and upon giving herself to the ouroboros whose priests nursed her back to heath, he transmuted her into a divine gorgon, entities that serve the naga and raised her to divinity.
She eventually caught the attention of humans where they were raiding her sanctuary. She saught revenge on the humans that slaughtered the people under her protection.
She tracked them town one by one, turning them to stone. The human hero and the naga boogieman, Perseus killed her by beheading her and displaying it as a trophy. Because she was Entity touched, her head never decomposed.
Thankfully, a few centuries later monsters gained access to her body and finally put it to rest.
When she died she ascended to divinity and became an entity whose domain is protector of women and girls.
Because she was divine, she was able to remember her human life when she ascended, a rare trait for those who ascend.
